Premium Apps+ ("we", "our", or "us") operates the PhotoRestore mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

Photos: When you use our photo restoration features, your photos are sent to our AI processing service (Google Gemini) for restoration. Photos are processed in real-time and are not stored on our servers after processing is complete.

Usage Data: We collect anonymous usage data through Firebase Analytics to improve the App. This includes feature usage, app opens, and crash reports. This data does not personally identify you.

Purchase Data: When you subscribe or make a purchase, Apple handles all payment processing. We do not collect or store any payment information such as credit card numbers.

Advertising: We use Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad personalization. You can opt out of personalized ads through your device settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Process and restore your photos using AI technology
• Manage your subscription and credits

3. Data Storage and Security

Photos you restore are saved locally on your device only. We do not store your photos on any external server after processing. Restored photos remain on your device until you choose to delete them.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data during transmission to our AI processing services.

Our App uses the following third-party services:

• Google Gemini AI: For photo restoration processing
• Firebase Analytics: For anonymous usage analytics
• Google AdMob: For displaying advertisements
• Apple StoreKit: For in-app purchases and subscriptions

Our App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We do not retain your photos after processing. Anonymous analytics data is retained for up to 14 months for analysis purposes. Subscription data is managed by Apple.
